The Challenge
Managing poultry production across eight farms required better visibility over farm houses, production cycles, feed consumption, mortality records, and daily activities. Coordinating these operations across multiple locations made centralized monitoring and consistent record-keeping increasingly important.
The production cycle involved purchasing eggs, sending them to external hatcheries, receiving newly hatched chicks, and distributing them across poultry farms. Tracking these interconnected activities required structured coordination to maintain visibility throughout the production process.
Managing the central pharmacy, hatchery pharmacy, and individual farm pharmacies required organized medical supply records and stock monitoring. Tracking farm custody, operational expenses, and production costs across eight locations added further complexity to resource management.
After the farming cycle, poultry was transferred for slaughtering and processing into frozen chicken, liver, and other finished products. Managing manufacturing orders, packaging, inventory movements, production costs, and sales required an integrated system connecting the entire production chain.

We implemented a comprehensive Odoo ERP solution supported by a custom-developed Poultry Farm Management module, connecting multiple farms, external hatchery coordination, pharmacy operations, production costing, slaughterhouse manufacturing, inventory, and sales within one centralized platform. The solution was tailored to Market Worth's complete poultry production cycle, from egg procurement to finished product distribution.
Custom Poultry Farm Management
Developed a dedicated Poultry Farm Management module to organize operations across multiple farms, including poultry houses, production cycles, daily records, feed monitoring, mortality information, and farm activities. Custom dashboards and operational reports provide management with clearer visibility into farm performance.
Pharmacy, Custody & Cost Management
Implemented pharmacy management for the central pharmacy, hatchery pharmacy, and multiple farm pharmacies. The solution supports medical supply monitoring, farm custody tracking, operational expense recording, and production costing, helping management maintain better control over resources and expenses.
Hatchery & Production Cycle Management
Established structured workflows for egg procurement, external hatchery coordination, chick reception, and poultry placement across farms. The system supports production cycle monitoring and provides better visibility over operational activities throughout the poultry growth process.
Slaughterhouse Manufacturing & Inventory
Configured Odoo Manufacturing to manage poultry processing and the production of multiple finished products, including frozen chicken and poultry by-products. Manufacturing workflows are connected with inventory and sales operations to support finished goods tracking, stock movements, and product distribution.
