Wahat Al Zain: Connecting Fashion Retail with Odoo
From separate operations to one integrated fashion retail system
Wahat Al Zain is a UAE fashion brand specializing in Turkish clothing, elegant abayas, modest dresses, and contemporary women’s fashion.
With branches serving customers in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, Wahat Al Zain needed a more connected way to manage its retail operations, inventory, branch sales, and online orders.
Before working with OLAP, the business was using another system that did not fully connect all of its operations. The company needed a modern platform that could bring its branches, warehouses, Point of Sale operations, and eCommerce website together.
The Challenge
As Wahat Al Zain continued to serve customers through physical branches and online channels, managing products and sales across different locations became more difficult.
The business needed to:
Manage both branches from one system.
Organize fashion products and inventory by location.
Track product availability across warehouses and stores.
Operate a dedicated Point of Sale for each branch.
Connect retail sales with inventory movements.
Launch an online fashion store.
Manage online orders and customer information efficiently.
The objective was to create one connected system that could support both in-store and online shopping experiences.
The OLAP Solution
OLAP implemented Odoo as the central platform for Wahat Al Zain’s fashion retail operations.
The solution connected the company’s branches, warehouses, retail sales, products, customers, and online store in one integrated environment.
Connected Branch Operations
The Sharjah and Abu Dhabi branches were configured within Odoo, allowing each location to manage its own sales and stock while giving management a complete overview of the business.
Organized Fashion Inventory
OLAP structured the inventory system to match the way Wahat Al Zain manages its fashion products.
The system helps the team organize products by categories, monitor availability, manage stock by location, and coordinate product movements between branches and warehouses.
Integrated Point of Sale
A dedicated Odoo Point of Sale was configured for each branch.
The POS system allows the team to process customer purchases efficiently while updating inventory automatically after every sale.
This creates a consistent retail experience across both locations and gives management better visibility into branch performance.
Odoo eCommerce Website
OLAP also developed an online store for Wahat Al Zain using Odoo.
The website showcases the brand’s Turkish clothing, abayas, modest dresses, and women’s fashion collections.
Customers can browse products, add items to their cart, place orders, and communicate with the business through the online platform.
The eCommerce website is connected to the same Odoo environment used to manage products, inventory, sales, and customer information.
One Connected Fashion Business
Odoo now connects the main parts of Wahat Al Zain’s operation:
Sharjah Branch → Abu Dhabi Branch → Warehouses → Point of Sale → Online Store → Customer Orders
This gives the team one connected platform for managing both physical retail and online sales.
The Results
The implementation helped Wahat Al Zain achieve:
Centralized management of multiple branches.
Better organization of fashion products and inventory.
Connected Point of Sale operations.
Improved visibility of stock by location.
An integrated Odoo eCommerce website.
Better coordination between store sales and online orders.
Centralized customer and product information.
A scalable digital platform for future growth.
A Connected Future for Fashion Retail
The Wahat Al Zain project shows how Odoo can help fashion retailers connect their stores, warehouses, sales channels, and online shopping experience in one system.
With OLAP’s implementation, Wahat Al Zain moved from a disconnected legacy system to a unified platform built around the way its fashion business operates.
The result is a more organized retail operation, better visibility across locations, and a stronger foundation for continued growth.
