Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Odoo Sales & Functional Consultant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker, fluent in English, and have strong knowledge of Odoo products from a functional perspective. This role requires someone who can present Odoo professionally, understand client requirements, support business analysis discussions with our internal team, and convert opportunities into successful projects.

Candidates with strong sales skills, ERP consulting experience, and a professional online presence will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions
  • Present and demonstrate Odoo products to potential clients
  • Understand customer business needs and coordinate with the internal team for solution analysis
  • Work closely with company leads and support the sales cycle from first contact to closing
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Follow up on both company-provided leads and self-generated leads
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Support the company’s online visibility through professional participation on social media
  • Collaborate on content creation, especially for LinkedIn and Instagram

Mandatory Requirements

  • Arabic speaker
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules
  • Ability to present Odoo clearly and professionally to clients
  • Good understanding of business processes and system analysis
  • Proven experience in sales, consulting, or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working remotely / online

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Odoo sales and functional consulting
  • Finance or accounting background is preferred
  • Strong professional profile and active presence on LinkedIn
  • Experience creating content videos for social media
  • Ability to collaborate with the company’s social channels and support online branding
  • Confident, professional, and commercially driven personality

Compensation

  • Basic salary provided by the company
  • Commission structure in addition to salary, depending on the lead source:

    • Hot leads provided by the company
    • Cold leads generated by the sales representative
